Hulk Smoothie

This mornings smoothie labelled the HULK smoothie by my son... I always feel a little smug sending them off to school with this in their tummies. Packed full of spinach, cucumber, avocado, mint, apple and lemon (lemon makes pretty much any veg based smoothie taste amazing). They are too young for Popeye but those of us out there over 40 will get the reference!

* One frozen banana

* Large handful of spinach

* One red apple

* 1/2 an avocado

* Big squeeze of lemon juice

* 1 cup of coconut water

* 2 cups of water

* 6 big mint leaves

Blend and serve....they also had a huge bowl of porridge made with coconut milk and served with frozen raspberries....
